Beach Boogie

I know I'm working a day behind here. I actually did use my camera today. It's just that I'm not sure if my friend Jennie wants her real estate business card head shot on my blog? Beautiful pictures of her, but I think she'd feel a little funny popping onto my blog and finding her face posted. (You can thank me later Jennie...)
Anyway, so in uploading her head shots to send off to her I was faced with those "mediocre beach shots" I mentioned yesterday. (That painful painful yesterday.) So speaking of pain...I am painfully aware of my struggle with shooting on a bright, mid day, hazy beach. I know my camera equally struggles. All that bright light bouncing off the water and the sand!  Every time it's a learning experience. And every time I remind myself that I need a filter. It would help. Hey, we all wear our shades for that purpose and the camera is no different. A little polarizing action would help clarify and tone it all a bit down. Ah, but I'm rambling. So here are my kids gettin' ready to boogie.

Boogie girl!

Great series of photos. The kids are so intent on what they are doing.
